To set us aside from the competition we developed the M-CUBE to be ready for use the minute installation is finished and the electrical testing, by our NICEIC approved engineers, is completed.
Our entry level M-CUBE comes with the following as standard:
Electrical mains connection (up to 40m between the M-CUBE and Main Consumer Unit). This is typically wired in SWA (steel wire armoured) cable and will be buried in a trench that has been excavated by our professional ground workers.
Four MK double sockets. This will allow for up to eight devices to be plugged in, such as: Laptop, Printer, Kettle, Mini-Fridge, Speakers, Fan etc.
Fire rated ceiling down-lights. Ceiling mounted downlights offer style and ambience, whilst saving on space and most importantly are fire-rated for your protection.
Electric radiator. One of our NICEIC approved installers will fit an electric powered radiator to give year round comfort.
British General RCD protected mini consumer unit. The mini consumer unit will connect to the SWA Cable and take a feed from your Mains Electrical Supply – in the event of a fault you will have peace of mind knowing that your M-CUBE has been fitted with all the electrical safety devices as recommended by current regulations.
Powder coated weather resistant steel finish. With a 20 year manufacturer’s guarantee as standard (on the steel panel finish only) – you can be confident that your M-CUBE will still look good years ahead with the minimum of maintenance required – just a quick hose down now and again.
QuickStep stone effect vinyl tile flooring. Vinyl tile flooring is an excellent choice for an outdoor building, it is comfortable underfoot, looks great, and is easy to clean.
Matching skirting boards. These will be fitted by one of our Joiner’s and will match the stone effect of the vinyl tile floor – just a little extra to offer that touch of class.
Composite decking external skirt. It’s the small details that set us apart from the rest – we fit a course of composite decking around the bottom of your M-Cube to hide the ventilation gap underneath it.
